The place was just as described and perfect for our trip. It is conveniently located near a bus stop that we used to take into Wynwood every day. The enclosed outdoor area made it feel like our own personal space and the room itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.

My boyfriend and I came down here for Halloween. This Airbnb is well located in that it’s far from the noise and distractions but close enough that it’s not too expensive to get there. The home is like a little oasis, very pretty.

Enjoyed our stay at Gary’s cozy studio! Very convenient location and had all the facilities! Gary went out of his way and made sure to accommodate any special requests paired with awesome recommendations of the neighbourhood! Highly recommended!

Gary war wirklich ein sehr toller Gastgeber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihm. Er ist menschlich so nett, ein Typ mit dem man Abends in eine Bar gehen könnte um ein Bier zu trinken und sich zu unterhalten. Bei Problemen und Tipps war er sofort da und löste es. Ganz großen Lob Gary du weisst wie man mit Gästen umgeht.

We only have great things to say about this whole experience. Gary was kind and helpful, price was more than fair, pet-friendly and last but certainly not least, the space (both inside and and out) was amazing. The yard area is zen, beautiful and very secure. The studio itself matches the vibe. Highly recommend and will likely seek this place out again in future Miami stays!

Gary was a great host, very friendly and very quick with responses! The place is so cute and pretty to stay in. I highly recommend to stay if you are staying for a week or few days in Florida!!
